Returns & Exchanges

At HoneyB, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Eligibility: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition unless there is a manufacturer defect. Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

  • Return Request: Please contact us via email to initiate a return.

  • Return Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

Important: Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Return Exceptions for HoneyB Kids Items:

  • Opened items cannot be returned.

  • Merchandise that has been opened, used, or altered is not eligible for return.

  • All discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Restocking Fee:

All returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order at no cost before it ships. If your order has already shipped, it will follow the same conditions as a return. You will incur freight costs and a $5 restocking fee.

Exchange Policy:

We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Fraudulent Orders:

In the case of suspected fraudulent activity, HoneyB reserves the right to withhold funds for up to 180 days while we resolve potential chargebacks or disputes. Orders flagged as suspicious will not be shipped until further verification is completed over the phone. We do not accept email verification for suspected fraudulent orders.
